Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our paddles. Quick Shot Paddles warrants defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of original retail purchase.

Limited Warranty Overview

If a defect exists during the warranty period, Quick Shot Paddles may, at its option, repair the product at no charge, exchange the product for an equivalent original product, or refund the purchase price of the product.

This limited warranty is designed to cover genuine manufacturing defects, not normal wear from regular play or damage caused by misuse, impact, or unauthorized changes.

  • Coverage lasts 12 months from the date of the original retail purchase.
  • The warranty applies only to the original owner who purchased from Quick Shot Paddles or an authorized dealer.
  • Proof of purchase is required for verification of original ownership.

Repair

If a covered defect exists, we may repair the product at no charge.

Exchange

If repair is not the right fit, we may exchange the product for an equivalent original product.

Refund

If appropriate, we may refund the original purchase price of the product.

How to File a Claim

Email the defect details first, then ship the paddle for inspection.

Email Us

Email support@quickshotpaddles.com with your order number or receipt, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photo or video proof.

Ship the Paddle

Ship the paddle at the customer's expense with tracking so it can be inspected in person. Quick Shot is not responsible for returns damaged during shipment.

Inspection & Review

Once the paddle arrives, we inspect it and check the claimed defect against the warranty terms.

Receive a Resolution

If the claim is covered, Quick Shot will repair, exchange, or refund the product at its option. If the product is not covered, return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

Covered vs. Excluded

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover impact damage, cosmetic wear, or other issues caused by normal use or misuse.

Impact damage, including ground strikes or hitting anything other than a pickleball
Chips, dents, or indentations
Cosmetic wear, faded graphics, worn graphics, or damage caused by solvents
Surface texture breakdown from normal wear and tear
Damage caused by paddle-to-paddle contact, small rattles, or normal wear and tear

Important Terms

  • Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages are excluded under this limited warranty.
  • Any changes, modifications, or alterations void the warranty.
  • Repaired or replaced paddles are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
