Yes. Every Quick Shot paddle is USA Pickleball (USAP) approved for tournament and recreational play. Each paddle passes USAP deflection and surface-roughness tests before we ship it.
What materials are used in the QS1 carbon fiber pickleball paddle?
The QS1 uses a raw 3K twill carbon fiber hitting face bonded to a honeycomb polymer core, a fiberglass-reinforced edge, and a high-comfort overgrip. Carbon fiber gives you a gritty surface for spin, while the honeycomb core dampens vibration and widens the sweet spot.
Do I need to break in a new carbon fiber pickleball paddle?
Raw carbon paddles like the QS1 play well out of the box. Most players notice the surface settles into its best spin grip after 5-10 hours of play as micro-debris from pickleballs loads into the weave.
What core thickness should I choose — 14mm or 16mm?
14mm cores feel poppier and deliver more power; 16mm cores feel softer with more control and a larger sweet spot. Aggressive bangers tend to prefer 14mm, while dinkers and control players prefer 16mm.
What grip size fits most players?
A 4 1/4" grip circumference fits most adult hands and is the default on Quick Shot paddles. Players with larger hands can build up to 4 3/8" with an overgrip.
What is the Quick Shot paddle warranty?
Quick Shot paddles are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of original retail purchase. Wear and tear, misuse, impact damage, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
